My problem has not been resolved for the last 20-22 days.

I have already given you all the information by mail.

My point is that the rewards points are not added on my Amazon account and that point goes into the account of Keyur Shah.

I was applying for ICICI card from my Amazon account but

My point is that the rewards points are not added on my Amazon account and that point goes into the account of Keyur Shah.

I was applying for ICICI card from my Amazon account but it was cancelled. Then again a few days later your employer came to my house and scanned my document again and I got the card. But there was a problem that the document from this card application Kiyur Shah's account was slashed and the card came in my father's name.
Give the ICICI Amazon pay credit card for customer to fulfill the your employee target but causes the problem to the end user.
And now Amazon says that you contact ICICI and ICICI says that you contact Amazon. If you (ICICI Bank and Amazon) cannot do team work with each other then this will endanger the end user.
I talk and mail with them both in the last 20-22 days. But I do not get help from anyone.
I have already complaint for ICICI bank.
Please update my credit card with my Amazon account and please give my welcome point and other reword points.
I will give my details and Keur Shah's details once again.
