CBP operation mode - fully automatic on the principle of "single button".
BP-2G-375s Twin-shaft concrete mixer is installed on the elevated structure with the discharge height - 4 m. Concrete mixer equipped with a special skip (bucket) for lifting and loading components of the mixture into the mixer.
For storage and precise batching of the inert materials - DK-10 batching complex. A bigger batching complex (up to 45 cu m) can be supplied on your demand. Inert materials are stored in 2 hoppers of 5 cu m each. DK-10 total capacity - 10 cu m. There is a dosing conveyor installed under the hoppers on which the aggregates are being batched. The aggregates are loaded on the conveyor by opening of CAMOZZI pneumatic system operated gates. Upon achievement of the required batch of the inert materials, the conveyor is turned on and they are discharged into mixer's skip. The skip lifts up and the inert materials are discharged into the concrete mixer.
Cement is stored in a cement silo (optional) or fed from RB-2 big-bag discharger (optional). From the silo/big-bag cement is fed by a screw conveyor (optional) in block BD-15 block of dispensers which consists of 150 kg cement dispenser, 75 l water dispenser and 10 l chemical additives dispenser. Each dispenser is mounted on three high-precision CAS strain sensors and a mounted frame which guarantees high accuracy of the batching. Cement dispenser is supplied with OLI vibrator for cement free falling in case it's sticked. Batched aggregates are fed into the mixer where they are being mixed. Upon achievement of the required homogeneity of the mixture, Camozzi pneumatically operated gate is opened, and the mixture is discharged into a concrete mixer lorry or a receiving hopper. Then the cycle is repeated.
One cycle lasts for 60 seconds maximum during which 0.25-0.3 cu m of ready-to-use concrete is produced. Plant's capacity is 12-15 cu m per hour of operation.
